Andrea Wozniak, President Email: anwoznia44@gmail.com Volusia County Liaison
Andrea graduated from the Presbyterian University Hospital nursing program in 1965 with a Diploma in Nursing. In 1982 she earned a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Florida Southern, and in 1990 an Masters in Business Administration from Florida Institute of Technology.
Andrea’s nursing career began in intensive care and progressed through the administrative ranks in nursing which included several positions as Director of Nursing. In 1992 Andrea was promoted to Chief Operations Officer and held this position in several hospitals including Orlando General, Hilton Head Hospital, Memorial Medical Center in New Mexico, and Atlanta Medical Center in Atlanta. In 2003 Andrea was promoted to Chief Executive Officer at East Cooper Regional Medical Center in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. In 2010 Andrea joined Maxim Healthcare as a Vice President of the Southern Region until retirement in 2013. Maxim is a Home Health company.
In addition to clinical positions Andrea held board positions in Chamber of Commerce, United Way, and several Hospice organizations. Other service positions included Rotary membership and Zonta membership in several communities.

Ms Naylor is an Incorporator and Founding Board Member of the GAL7 Foundation. She is a professional educator and a trained cognitive therapist dealing with recovery techniques for traumatic brain injury. With corporate management training, Ms Naylor's career includes retail merchandising, and recruitment, training, & management of a large outdoor summer camp in the Pacific Northwest. She is a licensed foster parent, a Guardian ad Litem and mentor for the Flagler County GAL Program.

Dr. Finder has her Doctorate in Educational Leadership & Administration. She also has a Master of Arts in Education & Bachelor of Arts in Education. She founded the 1st charter school in Connecticut & designed comprehensive career education programs for grade K-12. She is dedicated to the Guardian ad Litem Program. Dr Finder is a founding member of the GAL7 Foundation.

Deborah Dunning retired with her husband to St. Augustine from Bloomington, Indiana in January 2015. She has a Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) and was formerly a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Indiana. For over 20 years, Deb held the positions of Assistant Director and Senior Case Coordinator at CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates). During her tenure she worked closely with local judges and attorneys to create the training curriculum for pro bono attorneys and created the first CASA mentoring program.

LaJuana holds an Honorary Doctorate from International Seminary, a Masters in Instructional/e/Educational Technology from the University of Central Florida, and a Bachelors in Business from the University of Maryland. She has served as the Church Clerk for Hammock First Baptist Church for 15 years. LaJuana is a former Alabama foster parent and currently serves as a Guardian ad Litem in Flagler County. She retired from the Flagler County School system where she was the Program Manager for Business Education at Flagler Technical Institute..She served on the Board of Alpha Pregnancy Center for 14 years.
